08:00 - 08:30: The group will receive bicycles at the hotel/meeting point in the city center and travel to Toa Kham boat dock to begin a tour experiencing Hue's specialty dishes.

The journey will take you along the riverside route, admiring the romantic Perfume River, to a small alley to enjoy Bun Bo Hue, a dish that no visitor to Hue can miss.

The group visited a local's home to learn about how to make Phap Lam cakes, tasted them, and experienced how to wrap them.

The group then continued on to enjoy Hue-style Flat rice dumpling, a famous dish in Hue, has flavor of shrimp. Hue shrimp and pork dumpling cake with stew shrimp and pork inside and a chewy dough on the outside, is known as a very typical dish of Hue.

Then, your guide will take you to enjoy Hue-style coffee at Hoa Xa Cafe – a cafe steeped in history, located near the 120-year-old and quite famous Hue train station. Here, a Romanian locomotive with the number D11H-356 is on display – visitors are free to take photos and explore the locomotive's interior. The experience of watching trains up close is very interesting.

11:30 – 12:00: At the end of Hue Food Tour, the tour guide will take you back to the pick-up point and say goodbye to see you in the following programs.
